What methods of payment do you accept?
Payment on this site can be made by MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Cirrus, Switch, Delta or Solo.
We do accept cheques for telephone orders; these should be made payable to C&P Medical Trading Ltd. Goods will then be dispatched within five working days. Banker’s drafts and postal orders should be made payable to C&P Medical Trading Ltd, and goods will be dispatched immediately upon receipt of these methods of payment.
To make Direct Debit, BACS or CHAPS payments into our account, please contact us for bank details. Please phone or fax to notify C&P Medical that payment has been made.
If payment is in cash, goods will be dispatched immediately upon receipt of faxed credit slip.
We also offer a credit facility upon agreement, a credit form must be completed. All other orders must be pre-paid.
What are the terms of a credit account?

. Payment is due 30 days from invoice, we will set a reasonable credit limit for you. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the contract if allowing it to continue would result in you exceeding your credit limit or your credit limit is already exceeded. If you default on making payment, the entire balance of your account shall be payable and we may charge you interest on the account, together with costs and expenses. If you do not make a payment on the due date, then we may cancel the contract or suspend any further deliveries to you.

What if a product is not in stock?
On the occasion that a product is not in stock, we will notify you. If desired we can then set up a back order so that the product will be dispatched to you straight away as soon as it becomes available, providing full payment has been made.
What are your opening times?
Our office in Melksham, Wiltshire is open 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. We operate an answer machine outside office hours.
I am not HPC registered, which products can I buy?
C&P Medical stock certain products which are classified “P” and “POM”, therefore you will need to be either HPC Registered or able to supply the relevant certificate. If you add these goods to your basket, you will be asked for your registration number at checkout. Unfortunately, C&P Medical will be unable to sell these products to anyone who cannot comply with the above criteria.
Do your prices include VAT?
No, the prices displayed on the site are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added to your order and carriage charge at checkout.

What is your returns policy?
Goods can only be returned to us with our consent. Please contact us with any concerns you have and we will arrange for the goods to be returned to us if appropriate. All orthotics that are to be returned must not be soiled, custom manufactured, modified, obsolete, or delivered more than 3 months previously. All goods must be in a resalable condition, guaranteed infection free and in the original packaging. A credit note will be issued for any items returned or for any overpayments, which can be redeemed against your next order with C&P Medical Trading Ltd.
If you feel an orthotic you have ordered is unsuitable or the wrong size; return it to us unworn: for a full refund of exchange.
Are there any warnings I should be aware of?
If you have diabetes or problems with your circulation please ask your doctor before using the orthotics products. If irritation or discomfort occurs, stop using the product immediately and seek medical advice. Keep out of reach of children.
It is a condition of sale than an orthopaedic product purchased from C&P medical is restricted to single use only by the originally fitted patient in order to protect the care provider and the patient against potentially adverse consequences of infectious disease transmission or material instability resulting from previous use by the original wearer. Any expressed or implied warranties are voided if the orthosis is re used for another patient. Any orthosis purchased must be prescribed and applied by a qualified clinician to ensure that it meets the needs or the particular patient and accomplishes the desired results.
C&P Medical Trading Ltd will not be held accountable for any misuse of products.
C&P Medical Trading Ltd shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages related to the use of these products.
